Executive save through the responsible Head of the Mint for the time being, I shall certainly ank the Executive Council to Suspend him because I regard such conduct as a wanton continuance of his former insubordination.
I decire therefore that Mr. Allen inform him I reprim and severely-

am almost inclined to report his conduct to the Secretary of State when transmithing the despatah which his insubordination has delayed. Meantime till. further orders Mr Davies will consider himself bound to attend
at the Mint from 10 A. M. to 2. P. M. every day. -
